C&E Services provides reliable Snow Removal & Winter Maintenance across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including Providence County, Kent County, Washington County, Newport and Boston, Bristol County (MA). We ensure your property stays clear, safe, and accessible all winter long.
Base Service Includes (Up to 4") & 1″ snow trigger.:
Driveway plowing and clearing
Entrance ways and stairs (if applicable)
Walkways and sidewalks
Salting for traction and ice prevention
Additional Charges:
4–6" snow → +25%
6–8" snow → +45%
8"+ storms → Base rate + $155/hr
Extended storm operations ( 6 hours +) billed at hourly rate
Optional Add-Ons:
Pre-salting (materials billed separately)
Extra salt/sand treatments (materials billed separately)
Emergency or Extra Visits:
$155/hour or standard rate per visit (per location)
Important Notes:
Pricing is based on property size, accessibility, and snowfall conditions. Extra charges may apply for heavy accumulation, ice buildup, or blocked access.
Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify C&E Services LLC for damages from pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or conditions outside our control.
Pay-Per-Service (P.P.S.):
Perfect for customers who prefer flexibility. Simply request service as needed, and we’ll bill per visit at the current P.P.S. rate.
Seasonal Contract (By Request):
Want guaranteed coverage all winter long? Ask about our Seasonal Snow Removal Contract, which offers a flat seasonal rate with up to 20 scheduled visits throughout the winter. This option ensures consistent, priority service during every storm event.
